In 2023, Kevin and Jennifer Daniel co-founded UpLift, where they manage all of the ministry’s day-to-day operations.
Our mission at UpLift is guided by compassion and inspired by the words of Jesus found in John 13:34-35: “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this, everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” UpLift strives to embody the light of Jesus in Loudoun County by offering a compassionate hand to families in need.

BEHIND THE MISSION
Jennifer Daniel has been an elementary school teacher in Loudoun County for nearly two decades, starting in more affluent schools and later transferring to one of the county’s most underprivileged schools in 2021. It was there that she and her husband Kevin both recognized an opportunity to support struggling families. While the community offered generous resources like food pantries and free medical services, a significant challenge remained: transportation. Many families lacked the means to access these critical services and more. That's where UpLift Loudoun Ministries steps in, bridging the gap and making a difference.
Kevin Daniel is an attorney and managing partner of Troxell Leigh P.C., a law firm in Leesburg. Kevin and Jennifer have been married for 18 years and are members of Leesburg Community Church. They live in Leesburg.
